LEED Reports: Office

Our customized reporting software allows us to generate a variety of reports to accurately track customers’ recycling efforts. Material that is picked up through our recycling program is brought to one of our recycling centers, weighed, sorted by type, consolidated, and finally sent to secondary markets to be repurposed into new products.

Each month or upon request, customers are sent recycling reports that document their monthly waste and recycling totals. IRS also calculates the environmental savings of diverting material from the landfill. In addition, IRS will highlight your recycling rebate and show the balance for waste disposal and hauling services on your statement.

Not only can IRS audit your garbage stream but we can manage your waste to help you achieve all the prereqs and credits to receive all 16 points in the Material & Resources section of LEED for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB).
